These terms apply when you use gillglobalretail.uk or order directly from GILL GLOBAL RETAIL LTD. Nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Products and descriptions
We aim to present products accurately. Packaging, artwork and manufacturer presentation can change between batches or markets. If a material detail matters to your purchase, contact us before ordering.
Orders
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel where stock is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, information is incorrect, fraud is suspected, a pricing error is obvious or supply would be unlawful. Accepted orders are confirmed electronically.
Prices, VAT and payment
The total payable, including applicable taxes and delivery charges, is shown before you place the order. Payment must be successfully authorised using an available method.
Availability and fulfilment
Products are subject to availability. Eligible orders may be fulfilled through Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfilment or another professional fulfilment/carrier service. The fulfilment provider is not the seller of your Gill Global Retail order.
Delivery
Delivery options, estimates and charges are shown at checkout where applicable. Estimates are not guarantees unless expressly stated. Please provide an accurate delivery address.
Returns and refunds
Consumer cancellations, returns and refunds are handled under applicable law and our Delivery & Returns and Refund Policy pages. Business orders may have separately agreed terms.
Authenticity and marketplace documentation
We maintain commercial records and provide appropriate invoices for completed trade transactions. We cannot guarantee that Amazon or another marketplace will accept documentation or reach a particular account/listing decision.
Website use and intellectual property
You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security, introduce malicious code or unlawfully exploit site content. Gill Global Retail branding and original site content belong to us or our licensors; third-party product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Liability
Nothing excludes liability where unlawful. Subject to that, responsibility is determined by applicable law and the transaction. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or business losses arising from a consumer transaction.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to our UK operations, subject to mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
